UNFCU and associated credit unions welcome you to the transfer process for your replacement coverage. The life insurance program is now offered by Monitor Life Insurance Company of New York, reinsured by certain Underwriters of Lloyd’s of London, and will continue to be administered by Clements Worldwide.

Each certificate holder, including spouses, should receive a separate email in order to transfer coverage to Monitor. If your spouse is a certificate holder and did not receive a personal email, please notify us or have him/her contact us at 1-800-693-1087 or CPS2@clements.com.

Once you complete the transfer process, you will be able to receive your life insurance certificate electronically. If you would like to receive a paper copy of your life insurance certificate, please contact us at 1-800-693-1087 or CPS2@clements.com.
